From our first meeting through to the last, Louise and her team were phenomenal! They approached matters with compassion and kindness and always reassured me when things got a bit bumpy. Louise knows her stuff, there are no surprises and she prepares you for all possible outcomes. The associates she has helping her (Yamakela and Toni) are amazing, and I felt completely confident in their abilities in all my interactions.
